Off-roading through 2800 acres of trails at Short Pines OHV provides miles of adventure while nature-enthusiasts, and those looking to unwind and relax, can stay in one of our campgrounds. The badlands of Makoshika State Park provide a stunning backdrop for photographers, bird watchers and hikers. Explore the many hiking trails, take a shot at one of the disc golf courses or at the archery range. The open sky offers a canvas of spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and the greatest star-gazing due to limited light pollution.
